Brain Injury Respite Program provides recreational social support activities for people with an Acquired Brain Injury.
The Brain Injury Respite Program is open to people with an Acquired Brain Injury ages 18 to 65 years who live in the Liverpool, Fairfield or Bankstown communities. This service includes. Weekday activities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays each week.
Cost
Brain Injury Program charges a $10 daily attendance fee per person, fees are paid daily or weekly. Brain Injury Program will negotiate or waive the fee depending on individual circumstances.
Transport
Brain Injury Program provides transport to and from the program.
Hours of Operation
The Coordinator is available Wednesdays each week. The program operates Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays each week.
