Peer Support Respite Program

Clients from the  Peer Support ProgramThe Peer Support Program provides recreational social support activities for people with an moderate to severe Disability. The Peer Support Program is open to people with an Moderate to Severe Disability ages 18 to 64 years who live in the Liverpool or Fairfield communities.

This service includes Weekday evening activities on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays evenings each week, together with Saturday evening and Saturday day programs weekly.

Cost

The Peer Support Program charges a $15 daily attendance fee per person, fees are paid daily or weekly. Peer Support Program will negotiate or waive the fee depending on individual circumstances.

Transport

Peer Support Program does not provide door to door transport with clients meeting at the centre where transport is provided during the program.

Hours of Operation

The Coordinator is available Monday to Thursday each week. The program operates Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings each week together with Saturday evening, Saturday Day and Sunday day programs weekly.
