Sean has been working in the Disability field since 1994 where he was a volunteer support worker. Sean has worked and managed residential respite centres, recreational programs, living skills, and advocacy and information services. Since 2001 Sean has been Chief Executive Officer of DSW.

Javanne has been working in the Disability sector for over 15 years. working in residential and home care positions and was appointed to the role as Brain Injury Coordinator in 2002.

Helen Stone
Helen has been at the Toy Library since 2000 as the Toy Library Coordinator and previously as a volunteer for a period of 2 years. She is the first contact for library members and will provide support and assistance in choosing toys to meet a child's individual needs.
Donna Bokody
Donna has been appointed Public Relations Officer under the Information Program for Disability South West. She is responsible for providing current information for clients, their families and the general community. She is the editor of Focus, the DSW newsletter and maintains the website.
