Disability South West is committed to responding to and resolving issues and complaints whenever possible. Not everything always goes according to plan so we have created the complaints form below so you can make us aware of any issues. It is important to always engage with us first when you have a problem so that we can resolve your complaint as satisfactorily and quickly as possible.
